Investigations
We do both Residential and Business investigations, no matter how large or small throughout the United States. If you happen to be in dyer need and the travel time for us to get there would be too slow we can refer you to many greats teams throughout the U.S. who would be in your area and can respond faster.

​​Our methods are scientific. We are not out to strictly debunk your claims, however we are also not going to immediately claim any sighting a "haunting". If you are looking for a team to simply say your home or business is haunted, that's not us. We will take our time, go over all evidence thoroughly, spend time running tests and searching for both natural causes, as well as paranormal, and finalize our decision only after we are satisfied we have done everything within our power to make the most accurate claim as possible.

Each case will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and respect and at no time will we divulge your personal information, such as name or address, without your permission.

We pride ourselves on being honest and accurate with our knowledge and techniques. We will never claim to be able to give you a definitive answer, but we can guarantee we will exhaust all means to attempt to find them for you.
Reports of Activity
Perhaps it's not your home or business that you find haunted. Maybe it's a family member, a friend, a co-worker, or just a location you heard about.

How about that reportedly haunted house in your neighborhood you spent your childhood avoiding? Or a historical building you've visited? Or maybe a building that you've heard stories about?

If you know of any of these places we want to hear about it. We are always looking for places to investigate so we can gain more time learning the field, try out new equipment, and practice our techniques.

We will make every effort to schedule investigations based on reports we receive through phone calls, email, or on our facebook and twitter pages. So bring those reports to us and we will let you know the results after we have investigated.

If you've heard of a place, like Waverly Sanitarium, for example and you've always wanted to go there, but you just didn't want to do it alone...give us a call. We will take your contact information and put you on a list to join us when we go to places like this. That way you can go, but you will have the comfort of knowing you are with an experienced paranormal team.
Training Courses
Although no one is an expert in this field our lead investigator and founder, Kat Faylor, has been teaching people to become paranormal investigators for over 14 years with the knowledge, research, study, and experience she has put into learning the field.

We hold several training courses each year which include some real "hands on" training and a lot of fun. And at the end of each course you will have the opportunity to use what you've learned by going on a real live investigation supervised by our team members and lead by our Founder and Lead Investigator, Kat Faylor.

During the course you will learn about equipment and how it all works, how to analyze evidence, the most current ways to try to capture evidence, investigative techniques, the do's and dont's of ghost hunting, and much more.

And not only is our lead investigator available to speak at your next paranormal conference on some unique one-of-a-kind topics, but our entire team is always eager to share our knowledge, techniques, and experiences with your non paranormal groups as well.

P.A.T.H. Paranormal Society can also organize group ghost hunts for those interested in learning about the paranormal in a fun way. Spice up your get together, birthday party, or gathering by letting your quests be the ghost hunters they've always wanted to be while in a safe, supervised environment with real paranormal investigators. (These are mock ghost hunts only, but we promise to make it seem as real as possible.)​
